What is the part number for the automatic column shift indicator arrow? I have a 72 and have looked on LMC. They have a shift collar with arrow built in but they don't have the little orange arrow. Mine broke along with the clear plastic that has what gear it's in (PRND21). I found that on LMC but the arrow is not there. If they don't remake that than I will have to buy the shift collar. I don't really care for myself but I just sold the truck and promised the buyer I'd fix that for him. The buyer is a 16 year old and it's his first car.
I guess I'll have to buy the shift collar unless someone on here has an automatic parts truck laying around they can pull the part from. Can't seem to find the info on it.
Got a call tonight from the kid and his dad. They went to start it and heard grinding. Went over and the starter was hung up. Showed the kid how to pull the starter and put it back in. Worked fine after that.
