possessed window washers

Ok heres the deal, My window washers don't work. I have checked the hoses for blockage and there is none. I have tested to see if the pump is getting juice and it is. I have ran 12 v's off the battery to the pump and the pump runs. I have changed out the blinker/wiper switch on the column (needed to anyway). When I push it in I can hear what sounds to be a relay click over on the passenger side under the dash but the pump don't come on. O ya I changed out the pump also. Before I put it in I tested it with 12v off the battery and it ran fine. I just can't figure this one out. Any ideas?

You problem is the connector at the washer fluid reservoir, try wiggling it some and see if the washers work, if they do then you know the cause.

That worked thanks. I don't know why I didn't think of that lol. Guess I will pull the plug tomorrow and clean it out and crimp it a little tighter so it gets a better connection. Thanks again.

Pins? An inexpensive set of torch tips from Lowes,Home Depot or Meynards will give you a set of various size small files that'll fit better.
BTW,the torch tip cleaners also work great for cleaning varnish plugged low speed jets on metric bikes.
