Charging issues

Ok guys need some help! I was on here a while ago, I fixed my problem thanks to this site and all of you. But now I have a different problem... I have a 99 powerstroke, I know I need 12v constant on the orange/blue wire and 12v at key on at the green/red wire. What if I don't have 12v on either... I occasionally get about .5v on the g/r when the engine is running and nothing at the o/b. And yes fuses are good, pleases help I miss my truck.

In the underhood fuse box, check fuse 6, 10amp. It feeds fuse #7 5amp.

#7 feeds the lightblue/orange wire.

The diagram I am looking at doesn't show a lightgreen/red going to the alternator. It shows a lightblue/red wire that changes to a lightblue/black wire which goes to the engine computer. From the engine computer it is a lightgreen/red, and goes to the instrument cluster light, and then it goes to the fuse box under the dash on a white/yellow wire, to fuse 29, 5 amp. It then goes to the ignition switch.

You should always have power on the lightblue/orange wire. If you have a problem with the light/blue/red wire, you could have a problem in the cluster or the computer. But I would check all the fuses and pull them first.

I appreciate the diagram, it seems to be the danger for the green/red wire from the cluster, but this one seems to show 3 writes at the pigtail, I only have 2, o/b and g/r

I changed my post. Go to Autozone's site, register, plug in your truck, and then click on vehicle repair and then repair guides, and then wiring diagrams. You should find the correct diagram there.
