ICP OR IPC?

Well not sure which one it is but after reading about cold start problems I unplugged mine and the connector was full of oil and also seeping out. So now I guess I need a new one. Where is the best place to find one? I hate to go to the dealer. Somebody posted a pic but cant find it in the search. Pretty sure I got the right one.

If I remember that is 40-50 bucks cheaper than dealer. Clay has great prices on Motorcraft parts.
