I believe you install them into the "trash."

I installed the IPR Gen 2 delete yesterday with the help of dlibson. Also replaced the STC fitting since had it torn down anyway.

Nice choice on the delete. I also bought the IPR Gen 2 delete with the up pipe and it's an amazing kit. I like that it doesn't use the little blue hose that likes to leak over time like all the other j-hook style deletes. Their up pipe is a thing of beauty as well compared to the others on the market.

I was impressed with the kit. It went on quickly and the flanges on the up-pipe looked good too.

Sure was nice to not fight with the up pipe connection to the EGR cooler when reassembling everything.

I bought a good cooler off eBay for $25, welded that up and installed it, took my old cooler welded it up and sold it for $175

Or if you want to Install then some where ( Install means stick as in where to stick it)
Call the local EPA guy and have him come over so that you can install
then in his exhaust system and reroute then to his intake system.
That will reduce his very personal carbon foot print.

Just hope a mod does not get upset over that. If someone does I can/will change it.

MN had emissions testing years ago but dumped it. If they ever started doing inspections again I am not worried about it. There are plenty of places that will pass it for me.

Silly EPA.

There is much more room under the hood now sans EGR cooler and sans fan stator.
