Sam, you just take the ccv housing off the drivers side valve cover, turn it around, hook a length of heater hose to it, run it back over the master cylinder and down. People run it over the master cylinder so if oil gets in the tube it drains back into the motor instead of dripping on the ground. I don't have mine run over the booster, just straight back and down, I don't have a problem.
I believe there is a hole in the stock intake tube you have to plug up then. I made my own custom intake tube at the time, so I didn't have to worry about that.
I do that on our race cars too Sam. It is unnecessary to do with these trucks, but can be done. It has to be done right though, iirc it has to be at a 45* angle. I wouldn't bother with it if I were you, I'd just dump in into the atmosphere like IH does. I've heard of people using "catch cans" in case there is any oil dumping too. If you do a search you'd probably find some of these examples.
I bet it would. Maybe I will design a baffle and breather for it. I wonder what the crankcase pressure is.
The pressure isn't crazy coming out of a 3/4" orifice, but heck my gasser even with baffles and breathers dripped oil right out on the headers. LOL Just run a 3/4" heater hose over the brake booster and down under the truck. Run it to the back of the truck so the smoke coming out of the hose stays behind you when your sitting at idle. I had mine under the driver door and it would come up to my window sometimes sitting idle. LOL
I rebuilt the IPR, replaced the ICP and fuel filter among other things. The truck still does not start or have smoke. Here is a pic of the scanguage. What am I missing?
I think you need a NEW IPR. They are not rebuildable. I'm sure you gave it a good cleaning but to see that high of ICP tells me its sticking. Just my WAG, good luck Sam.
