Happy for you man. Wait till you see it, all nice and shiny with that grey paint that Mrs. Wood puts on it. I've got good pics of mine in my album with the transfer case on it that I painted with black epoxy. The down side is I find myself keeping that stuff clean like the rest of the truck.

Planning on picking up the truck from the shop tomorrow. Been trying to get an answer from John for a few days now... maybe someone here can chime in. Just wanting to know if there is any sort of break-in or fluid changes that need to be done. Anything like that...

Nope, just drive it and enjoy it. He recommends a flush every 20k miles.

Just thought I'd give a little update. I've had the tranny now for about 3 months. Towed a few times now and WOW!! Mountain passes are so much nicer and especially towing up to my house as I live in a pretty hilly area. I have not seen tranny temps higher than 160!! Got home last night from camping and the whole trip it never got over 140. I live at the top of some pretty steep hills in residential area so have to drive slow. Maxed out at about 160. Before the JW I used to see tranny temps in the 200's!! Amazing!!!
