Question Camshaft
Can anyone tell me where I could get a replacement camshaft for a 97 7.3? Thanks

Why do you think you need a cam ?
I've never heard of a bad cam.

I've never heard of a bad cam.
I have heard of a couple with worn out lobes before, but not terribly common. Cam gear can also walk and hit the CPS.

I am checking for a friend of my son's. He is doing a conversion on a Bronco. He said the lobes are badly worn. I have not seen it. Thanks

As far as where to get an OEM replacement, I've never needed to search one out. I think if I was replacing a cam, I'd just grab one of Matt's stage 1's or a cam from DI.
