I bought this truck off an old farmer a few weeks ago had been sitting I know 2 years it has 68,000 original miles on it truck runs great hasn't lost any power or anything but it burns oil bad with in 200 miles it will burn every bit of 4 quarts of oil it rarely smokes like it will only smoke if I get on it real hard a lot of the time it don't smoke at all. I just don't understand huh

 

What do the spark plugs look like ? First do a cylinder psi test. If they are low, do a leak down test. If everything is ok then I'd suspect a leaking intake gasket.
