My track advance button started acting up again today for maybe the 4th or 5th time. It would go down (back) but not up (advance). Volume worked normally. Today I happened to be off so I drove straight to the dealer so the tech could see it. The service writer looked and agreed that something was obviously wrong but, of course, by the time the tech came over it was working again. He started to mutter the words "cannot duplicate the problem" and I just about went ballistic. So tired of hearing that. So anyway, he took the service writers word for it (mine has apparently never been good enough) and agreed to order a new switch. Anyone else have trouble with the steering wheel audio controls?

 

Yes. I had a problem where the volume button would change the channel occasionally. My dealer replaced the switch and haven't had issue since.
