One last question, if I did go with the f350 blocks in the rear, or the 5" block, would that mean that I would still be able to go with a leveling kit in the front, or have to lift it even higher? Thanks!

Well, I would get the front height where you want it, then measure the back and see how high you need to go.

Yeah and like Scaler said... you can simply get a full lift kit too. There's another thread on here about piecing together a lift versus buying a kit. Search and check it out. Basically depends on what you wanna do, and what your budget is.
