Front suspension out???

Front Suspension????
I think my front suspension is out......how can I tell for sure? I have a 98 F150 and I started noticing that while turning the truck tilts to the side then slowly rightens itself. It also rocks a lot more, if I sit in it and just look over my shoulder the whole truck rocks. Last night I got in and realized the front end was way lower than normal. You can't really tell from looking at the outside, but when your inside it's more noticeable. Also, when turning the steering wheel I noticed a groaning noise coming from what sounds like the steering column. I don't know if the problems are related. The level of power steering fluid is fine. Any ideas? A friend told me it sounded like my front suspension is out......if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

have you had it aligned recently. the reason i ask is because i raised my front end with the torsion bars and then took it in for an alignment. the dealer ship backed the adjusting screws back out to make the alignment right and charged me 40 bucks. i didnt notice till about a week later.

If your struts (front shocks) were wore out it would tend to bounce a lot. But you make it sound like something is either broke are has worked lose. I would check everything, torsion bars (both ends), ball joints, broken spring, lose A arm. Either way this could be a serious problem that could cause loss of controll going down the highway and should be checked out by a pro if you can't find anything.

Thanks both of ya'll so much. I am taking it to the dealership this weekend. Hopefully it's the shocks cause I'm lifting it around the 15th of this month anyway. Guess I'll find out soon. Thanks again.
