Depending on what you are doing 200 is well within specs, If you start seeing 230 then you need to figure out why..

Yep that will do it , No air moving throught the trans cooler when you are just crawling along but like I said 200 is nothing to worry about..

Fuel over 55 psi and with oil, the rule of thumb is 10#'s per 1000 rpm min.
