This would make a perfect desk for the shop or man cave!

I'd love to have this and make a desk out of it

Maybe cut the center out and drop it down so your work are is recessed? click the ebay link | eBay

Heck I like the headlight buckets and the bumper, my bumper does not curve around the corners like that. It even has a radiator in it.

It looks to be a f500 or f600 front bumper, they are a lot bigger than the f100-f350 bumpers

I've always thought that they would make a neat desk. Make a framework that would mount a set of wheels and support the metalwork. Cut out the middle of the hood and do a wraparound desk inside. 12 volt power for the headlight and parking lights.

And thinking up projects like that is what has made my build so long and strung out. Luckily I sold my hood recently so that project is now not likely to happen.

I think would make a better bbq. open the hood for the grill. Just have to seal up the sides and back.

Thats a great idea too, But it would have to be a reverse tilt hood as they just dont open up far enough

Not only will it buff right out, but it ran when parked.

I found a mack R series front clip on craigslist that i think would make a great desk, the hoods are flat to start with, but they want waay too much for the dang thing

the hood is worth the asking price, everything else is pure cream.
