Seat Hardware

Ok guys,
now that I have my mustang buckets, need a few hardware pieces. Wanting to know if you guys know any sites?
I'm specifically looking for a set of screws or bolts that hold the seat tracks to the floor/bracket.

Do I need to use the seat track spacers if i'm using the brackets Bill W sells?

I noticed that some seats have the lever to tilt the seats forward and some do not?
My seats are 67 and dont have them. Just a curious question really.

As for the trim, I haven't decided if I wanted to keep the chrome pieces that go on the outter sides or just hinge covers...

I am in the process of putting 67 buckets in my F-100. Your tracks should have the bolts in them to bolt the seats to Bill's brackets. They are a square head bolt and should be welded to the tracks. If you don't have them you can try any of the mustang suppliers.
Yes you will need to use the spacers for your 67 seats. The bottom of the tracks are not flat.
As far as I know the 67 seats do not have the tilt levers. I've never saw them on any of my 67 mustangs.
You might want to leave the chrome pieces on they cover the screws and pins that hold the seat backs on. If they are in bad shape replacements are cheap.

I'm planning on having mine finished this weekend and I'll post some pics

Alright..I do need some trim pieces and hardware. I'll get the spacers. I have all but one bolt for some reason. I may just have to find a bolt the same size. Any sites you'd recommend?

Early Mustang seats do not have a folding lock mechanism. They're just hinged.

Side trim.. they can be the "hockey sticks" or just a small plastic cover over the hinge. Some, like the GT-500s, have full chrome/stainless trim around the base.

Sweet thanks gents! I ordered the screws to attach them with and the weird spacers. How do those things go on between the bracket and tracks? I have a set of hockey sticks..kinda beat up but adds character just need the inner hinge covers and the trim hardware now..

Are older mustang seats close to bolt-in ready installation on our trucks?

oh o.k.

I was trying to install some leather bucket seats from a Dodge Caravan, and that will need custom brackets to install.
