Some guys will shoot me down on this but I have real good luck on the 1 800radiator price is right and they have the model for our trucks . Its plastic and has the trans cooler at the bottom also lifetime warrentee, so the higher priced ones all alum will be on the most exspensive list.theres others out there but for the price and the warrentee cant go wrong.

I learned the hard way that saving money on cooling system might cost you a lot in extra fuel consumption.
Good radiator + good coolant will make your truck running with no need for fan to engage.
Can you tell how much the huge fan can consume when it runs most of the time - I can tell you >>> A LOT.

The best price I've gotten is from Ford for $269 although they may have gone up recently.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER install one of those POS plastic tanked radiators....I just installed this: 2003 2007 Ford F250 6 0L Powerstroke Engine at Aluminum Radiator 2 Row New | eBay

The company is in CA and 30 minutes from my house so it was convenient. The BPD radiator is also a good choice. Whatever you do don't spend the money on a MOSHIMOTO....it is just a name. The one pictured that I bought is nice, all welds are solid. It cools much better than stock according to my SGII when I monitor my ECT and FSS to see how often the fan comes on and how fast it spins.

Go ahead and take your chance......the ones from 1800 radiator (which I just threw in the trash) failed in 14 months. It was a SINGLE row POS IMO. I was in a pinch and had one delivered. It worked OK but with the supposed single row HIGH EFFICIENCY as the guy called it was worthless...... my truck ran hot.
