Gettin 3 off the tree........
Can anyone tell me a good shifter conversion kit to use from three on the tree to three on the floor. I did the mr gasket version and it worked great on the bench but sloppy in the truck, just too much play, I found a nice hurst shifter at a swap meet and it is nice and tight, looks put together well. anyone can tell me what brackets are missing and what linkage and bushings to use. it is a hurst three speed shifter only , no brackets linkage or bushings, I had a som bitch of a time bending and tweaking my mr Gasket to work without hitting the speedo cable and rubbing the other arms on linkage. is there a easier kit I can buy to work with my swap meet shifter. Also , how do post a pic on here besides my profile pic, to show my shifter so you can see what kind I have and whats missing. Thanks guys........
