'66 Three on the Tree to Floor shifter?

What is the best way to get the shifter on the floor?
Is there a kit, or do I need to custom fab a linkage?
Or, would it be easier to just swap the tranny for one that is already set up with a floor shifter? If so, what transmissions would bolt up to a 352 FE motor?

Three speed aftermarket floor shifters are cheap and usually come with all the linkage to convert things from the column shift. Mr Gasket and Hurst are good places to start looking... the applications are usually listed.

That was easy enough. I found a floor shifter from www.team-performance.com for $77.21. Is that a rasonable price? It is the Mr. Gasket. Thank you!

Looks about right... Summit is $2 more, but it's a true truck shifter (it'll have a little taller handle)
