Several things possible;
You might be having a issue with PATS system. If you got another set of keys with your purchase... try the other set.
your alternator needs to be checked for proper output.
your battery need to be load tested.
check all connections, & grounds, make sure they are good.
might be that your relay to the ECM is bad too or any relay or fuses to ECM or fuel pump
theft light flashing and gauges dropping is a good sign the PATS is not working. Godd chance is the truck thinks the ignition key is wrong. Try another key or have dealer flash computer for a new key if you dont have a spare.
