Saps been running....seems slow tho. Maybe I should just tap some more trees, lol! It needs to get a tad bit warmer in the day, then it will run quick. As much snow as is on the ground, I doubt there will be any issues, anyway. I need to clean 4 more buckets and then store another 20 gallons, and it'll be time to start cookin.....shooting for 8 quarts this year!

Back from the county last night. Trails were great in the woods but horrible in town. It sucks not living near an ITS trail anymore. There is still a lot of good riding left. Oh well!
