i just helped my buddy look at his 6.0 again...im really not sure what to tell him, because at this point its either in the turbo or in some insane spot no ones heard of.
Thanks, hopefully you guys can figure it out. I let the truck idle for about 45 minutes in the yard, I should probably change the oil, but those inline sixes can handle it.

Roger that! Pretty sure my crankcase filled with water the other year when i got it stuck on that log in the river, maybe not, who knows, that motor will run on anything in the crankcase
At this point id be pissed because the kid told him it had head studs when he bought it, and it clearly has head bolts. and the EGR delete the kid was to lazy to take out the factory up pipe so he just put a piece of steel over the branch tube for the EGR on the uppipe and put the clamp back on. and he bought it from a kid that was a junior in high school....
anyways, we hooked my truck upto AE tonight and all appears to be well (except for some fan clutch codes ive had for a while, and oil temp is slightly high). but we removed the muffler on it...because racecar
