That's the plan! Last time I thought of a plow was two and a half years ago with my new(at the time) 2011 F350. I decided that I didn't have the time to really get into it, and so I let the idea drop.

But now that I find myself out here with a driveway that's brutal in the winter, it just seems like a good idea. No real intention to make any money with it, but it sure would be nice to not be dependent on others to be able to leave the house!

Plows are definitely nice, i could probably do 80% of my street if i was to buy one, but i will never have the extra 5k to put one on...and i would probably never put one on a CC/LB unless i was doing parking lots

Yeah, I'm not interested in a new one. Over the next couple of months I think I could find some really cheap used plows. Getting a large tax return over the next couple days, so after I pay some stuff off I hope to have a couple thousand to throw down on a plow.

So...where is the 2011 now Tom?

I went out to Woodbury today with the wife and a some "couple" friends to go tubing. It was a gorgeous day. The hills were good for the first few runs, but started to slush up and slow down. One kid had to be carted off after launching off the edge of one of the runs. For lunch, we went to a BBQ place in New Milford that was ranked one of the best in CT. It was called The Cookhouse. It was definitely good. Now it's nap time.

Priorities changed, and with a baby on the way with serious medical issues I decided that I just didn't need the $650/month truck payment.

I miss the truck badly, but my priorities have changed!
