!974 Bendix Control Valve hose routing

Removed the Bendix power assist control valve and power cylinder from a 1974 F-250 for rebuilding. Got all new hoses and now I'm ready for re-installation. I made a diagram of the 4 hoses and where they went, but of course, my diagram went missing. Can anyone give me a quick diagram or description of the 4 ports on the control valve and where each hose goes from there? Obviously, 2 go to the power steering pump and the other 2 to the power cylinder and I have an idea of where they go, but I certainly need to be sure it's hooked up right before I fire this thing up and end up ruining all the hard work. The 2 that go to the power cylinder are critical, one is for a left turn and the other for a right turn. Actually, I guess the power steering pump connections are just as critical. Thanks.

Thanks Montana - very helpful. So I go to hook it all up and find out the brand new hoses I ordered from the control valve to the power cylinder have different size female fittings on the control valve ends, but the male fittings that thread into the control valve are identical and too small for one of the hoses. Looking at the old hoses it looks like someone adapted one. It was spliced with a compression fitting and a smaller size hose was used with a smaller female fitting. I've owned this truck for 20 years and love it but it's beginning to really **** me off. Looks like I'll be searching for another male fitting to make this work somehow. I double checked the part numbers for the hoses and they are correct for this truck. CRAP !!! Anyway, thanks again for the help.

Are you sure your 1974 F250 4WD has BENDIX P/S? If so, are you sure you ordered BENDIX P/S parts?

1973 F250 4WD, 1974 F250 4WD before serial number T80,001: GARRISON Power Assist P/S.

1974 F250 4WD from serial number T80,001, 1975/76 F250 4WD, 1977 F250 4WD before serial number Y20,001: BENDIX Power Assist P/S.

Excepting the bushing kit that mounts the P/S cylinder, the parts do not interchange! Serial number is the last 6 digits of the VIN

Keep in mind '74 was the Garrison/Bendix split, as ND noted serial #T80,001 is the break, you probably have the correct hose but just something to check again.

It wouldn't surprise me if a PO spliced in a section of hose with various fittings, the new hoses are somewhat spendy at about $40 each so some guys take the cheap way out with their "repairs".

Yeah, I'm positive I have the Bendix set-up and the correct hoses. The other 3 new hoses were all good, just this one hose that connects to the control valve and power cylinder had a 3/8 female fitting to connect to the control valve to make it different from the 5/16 fitting on the other power cylinder hose. I think Ford did this to make it a little less likey that you cross them by accident. They really should have done the same thing on the power cylinder ports too to prevent improper installation to those ports. But as a matter of fact 3 of the new hoses do look different from what I removed so somebody did some "handywork". Anyway, a buddy of mine had the correct fitting in his pile of parts so it's good to go. At least next time the hoses need to be replaced everything will connect together without a problem. Thanks for all the help everyone. You guys know your ****.
