The Bendix unit is correct for your '75, the Garrison unit was used in '73 and '74 up until serial #T80,001

The P/A lines are still available at most parts stores, Napa, Autozone, etc., they most likely won't be in stock though, they'll need to be ordered.

As well as where is a good place to get the hydralic lines that go from the ram to the pump.
Welcome to FTE

No such P/S hose routing. Long P/S pressure and return hoses route from the pump to the control valve. Short P/S pressure and return hoses route from the control valve to the ram cylinder.

With Power Assist P/S, the manual steering gearbox is used, as it has nothing to do with Power Assist.

Be aware that ALL the parts are obsolete, can be expensive when found. There are no Bendix control valve seal kits available, N-O-N-E!

Most of the used parts you'll find: control valve (includes stud that Pitman Arm attaches to, ball joint), ram cylinder will be worn out. The ram has to be cut open to replace the seals.

These parts were not designed for the oversized P-Metric radials many of these trucks have today. These trucks came with bias ply tires as standard equipment, radials were optional, but were not P-Metrics.

Garrison Power Assist P/S: 1973 F250 4WD, 1974 F250 4WD before serial number T80,001.

Bendix Power Assist P/S: 1974 F250 4WD from serial number T80,001 / 1975/76 F250 4WD / 1977 F250 4WD before serial number Y20,001.

F250 4WD's assembled from serial number Y20,001, 1978/79 F250 4WD's are not High Boys, use Ford (Saginaw) integral P/S, and...

If I owned a High Boy, this is the P/S system I'd use, the seal kits are available from Ford, other parts are easier (and cheaper) to find, available from autoparts stores.

There is one available in the aftermarket, the only one i'm aware of assuming he's not out of stock.

The best thing to do is find a 77.5-79 4x4 F-250 parts truck and put that box in it. For a little fab work it is well worth it. Lots of people on here have done it.
