Guys I found a super clean 2005 4wd v10 xlt has 19k mi .
Is it worthy to sell my 2000 limited , and is the new v10 , good like 2000 models, and the transmission strong .
I never had a problem that needs a hard cash . The only thing I did is re do my trans because of o/d flashing and that is the mechanic mistake, the problem was in the alternator Charging 9v to 12.5v .
Probably need to re-calibrate the butt dyno, that or maybe it's tuned, or yours is worn? I dont know the specifics on either truck, but it's the same 2 valve motor.

Mine is v10 and clean engine, no modes and the 2005 is v10 also no modes .
If it's the the same motors it's good i love mine.
What about the transmission is it the same.
If the 05 has 4.30 gears, and your 2000 doesn't I'd make the move for the low miles and the lower gears. But thats just my $.02..
Garry
I do have 4.30 gears, and the guy how selling the truck raised the price from $16 to $29
So it doesn't matter, I'll fix mine and some lift Kit , paint job, new interior stuff = good to go
