Electrical Question

so my windshield washer sprayers stopped working. I originally thought it was the pump in the reservoir so I replaced it. still not working. then I entertained the thought that it might be the electrical connection attached to the end of the pump. The question is: how do I test it and if that is it how do I replace it?

Use a volt meter or test light at the pump's connections to see if you have power there when you push the button in the cab.

Have you checked your fuses?

I had the same thing you have at one point.
The wires at the connector were broken.
You can test with a needle point probe by poking through the insulation.
I had to cut back a bit as the wires were all black and corroded inside.
I was able to get a new connector at Carquest.
