The easiest way to test it would be to use a test light...unhook the wiring plug at the pump, hook the alligator clip of the test light onto a good ground and then stick the other end of the test light (the sharp pointy end) into one of the holes in the plug and have someone push the button for the washer fluid.. if it does not light up.. try probing the other wire in the plug end and have someone push the button again. one of these wires should have power..if not then the problem is in the wiring.. if you get one with power then the pump is bad...replace it with a cheap ($15) aftermarket washer pump....
