I sort of wanted to plan this out for later this summer.
I want to install ARP studs.
What gaskets do I need?
My stand pipes and dummy plugs have been done
I will be switching coolant
My Deltas are good cooler was replaced Dec 2011
They also did the heads at that time.
I will also clean the turbo.
Very likely I will install a BPD EGR cooler.
I also want to add an EGT probe.

So what I am looking for is what other things I should plan to do while in there
and what parts I should have on hand. If you have part numbers for Ford and Navistar
that would help.

What will I be looking for as far as condition goes for the glow plugs?
The heads were off in Dec 2011 for head gaskets and oil cooler.
They did not replace the EGR cooler. But like I said I will be using a
BPD one anyway.
