Ok, another issue. How does the grill and headlights mount to the header panel? I honestly can't remember how the old one was so I don't remember if it was screwed in place or if it had the plastic pop rivets. I'm 99% sure it was screwed in but I tossed the OEM header panel and didn't save the clips if there were clips and don't know what to do now

I have a bunch of photos in this album that shows removing the original grill and headlights. Planned to do a write up on it but never actually wrote it up so there is no actual "how to" post that goes with the album, photos are out of order if you just scroll through the album - but there are some decent shots of how it came apart - at least the grill and headlights.
Ok, sold the bumper 10 minutes ago for 120. The plastics I can return and the header panel should be fine with some tweaking so I'm not exactly back at square one but not finished either. Thoughts?
Not as soon as I had hoped but yes. For now I'm just going to cut my old bumper to fit the newer grill but that's it. On second thought I think I'll just run sans grill until I can get this all straightened out.
