Looks damn stout. Any idea how much it weighs? What thickness metal did you use?

Not sure how much it weighs yet. At least 200 lbs. I used 3/16 steel for all of the outer pieces

Thanks, I still have to grind everything smooth, bend some tubing to go around the headlight and cut in some vents. Then I'll sandblast it and take it to get powdercoated.

Are the uprights 1x4 square tubing?

I actually do have a 3D model of the bumper that I created using SolidWorks. I still have to finish a few of the parts and then I can post the part drawings here with all of the dimensions.
The receiver tube is for mounting a winch. I didn't want to "permanently" mount a winch in the bumper.
The uprights are 2x4 tubing

Do you have. A plug in for the back bumper for the winch? I did that on the Rooster2.0 truck of mine.
