i thought tailgate looked like 72-79?

The tailgate does appear to be a 73-79 style. They physically fit the older beds just have different body lines.

Pretty much what I thought. Recognized it was the older box and tailgate, but couldn't place the year. Just a piece of work is all I saw, with a large sticker.
