Front bumper swap

How much difference is there in the frame where the front bumper attaches on 81 to 96 4x4s?
I want to put a winch bumper on my 190 f150 4x4/ do I need a bumper specific to that model and year, or all the bumper attachments the same?
I found one for sale that came off a 94 f 250.

The front frame rails are totally different. You would be making custom brackets.

I've had to chop 4" off the frame of my '94 4x4 F150 to install the 87-91 bumper on it, and make/weld custom brackets on it.
