hey i was wondering if the front smothine bumper of an 94-95 f-150 fit my 87 150 i am in desperate need of an better bumper...or if ne1 knows of an1 that makes a smothie bumper with no impact strip or bolt holes...
thanks

I am not sure but with a little work I believe it could be done. You would have to fabricate a pair of angle tabs to the frame of your truck. 92'-96' bumpers attach to the tabs on the inside of the frame rail. 87'-91' attach with a double bolt clip directly to the frame rail. I have seen a 85' F-150 with a 93' bumper on it. It looked really good. The body line matched up fairly well. It may be a little tough to judge the placement of the bumper because of the flat across design of the 87'-91' model. The newer model bumper is more curved than straight. I know that It could be done and that I could do it. I just don't know how well it would look. Good luck. Jake.
