360 stock horsepower?

360 stock horsepower?
i've looked all over the place and cannot find the stock horsepower and torque ratings for a stock 360 (1976). also, what are the stock ratings for the 390?

the stock horsepower for the 360 is 215 and for the 390 is 245. hope this helps

I think that the rating for the 1976 360 is 170 net.

is the '76 horsepower lower due to timing changes for emissions?

The cam timing was retarded 8 degrees and the heads were slightly more restrictive. Compression was its lowest ever.

Something like 7.8 to 1 compression - it is a tractor engine though it pulls the truck very well !
