i have a 1990 f250 and when rolling down the passenger window it starts lowering even then about 3-4" down the window goes crooked and wont ever go all the way down the right side of the glass(viewing from inside) stays about 2" up while the left sinks down. if i push on it, it will go down. does anyone know if theirs some kind of track that's causing it. the window guide also twists when its rolling down.
I'm leaning towards the weatherstripping, the rollers usually affect the window going up. Pulling the door panel isn't hard. I'd start there. Getting the regulator out the first time is kind of a bitch!
mine would do the same thing but it would pull out of the track and the window would fall into the door LOL. i lived with this for a few days before my window fell out in a rain storm and that prompted me to fix it. The previous owner had tried to use somekind of sticky 2 sided tape to put the window in the track and it... well it was a mess. IIRC there is a metal thing that is on the botom of the window that rides on a track. I used some silicone to glue the window into the slider thing then cleaned the track and put lithium grease on it now it rools up like new
