10.7 is fairly normal - especially in the cold weather. Below 10 us NOT normal. Sounds like you just needed the charge, but I would watch it fairly close.

Agree with this^^^

And if you just Installed New Dura last Gold top Batterys they take some time to charge

I installed Gold Tops a Couple months Back they charged alot that first Day and half They Shure Did NOT Come Fulley Charged

So I think that might be what your seeing earlier But sounds like you did a Fair amount of driving so they should be Charged up good Now

Next time I get New Batterys I will Hook them up to a Charger and TOP Them Off before I hook them up to the Truck

New batteries need to be charger before you really put them into
service. If you have the time call them before you go pick a new set
and have them charge them for an hour or two before you pick them up.

Keep in mind that the Scangauge is not actually reading a voltage at all, it's being sent a digital code by the CPU that represents the voltage measured by a sensor somewhere. Same with FICM voltages. It's highly likely that the voltages don't bop about the way the sensor says they do, but that some other algorithm in the computer code is causing the variation. I put in an Autometer voltmeter and just look at it once in a while.

The kicker to that is unplug the SGII and plug the Snap On in and it up by 0.5V

That's not right.

There is always some amount of voltage drop in the wiring harness. When you're talking several dozen feet of 12-14 gauge wiring you'll have less at the end of the drop than at the source.

I see about .2-.4 voltage difference between the OBD port and the power port compared to the battery posts.
