Long lead injectors..

Hey guys,do all 99.5s come from the factory with a LL injector in the #8 hole?I was checking under the VCs the other day and discovered that all of the injectors on the drivers side are ADs...Thoughts..

My 99.5 had all AD injectors from the factory.

I had rebuilt AD code injectors installed in my excursion and the guy doing it installed a LL in the #8 hole. The excursion didbt get the LL until 01 I believe.

The AE injector was a dealer-installed service bulletin item (for clatter) mid-year 2000 and a factory offering from late 2000-03. If anybody went to the dealership from 99-01 with their 99-00 truck and complained of the injector "cackle", the dealership was to install the AE "long lead injector".

maybe thats why i can hear mine bang'n away, alot louder then my buddy's trucks...(02-03 rides). But, when i have fuel fed thru the d/s rear port, you cant hear it at all.
