Do i have a bad GPR?

Do i have a bad GPR?
I have an 87 and i have 12v at the one end of the relay and when i turn the key on i dont get 12v on the other end. The wait to start light also doesnt come on. The truck is a push button start so i dont know if that would have anything to do with it or not. Also would it be easier to run a push button for the GP's instead? Thanks for the help

the relay is controled by gp controler and can be hot wired, the relay has 4 posts 2 high curent and 2 low curent or contol posts they are not conected electricly. power for the gps is run to one post, and the gps are wired to the other. one of the small posts, is run to ground, the other is the one that needs voltage only when you want gps on. (warning gps will over heat if operated longer than 15 seconds.) wire your momentary switch hear. (warning wife's and girlfriends have difaculty with gp switchs)

it's not that complicated of a system that you have to turn it into manual operation to make it work correctly again.
