Glow plug relay relocation
I extended the wires an mounted the relay on the fire wall above the master cylinder. I found the wts wire I think an its black an purple out of the harness. If i give it ground the light comes on.
I purchased napa gpr109 but it has the s an I on it an I have read that it is not the right one but the napa guy sais it is.
My problem is if I have to give the wts light ground how can I do this? Both trigger screws on the relay are hot with key turned on an it trips if I ground it but should both little poles be hot? I know its a coil but I thought with a hot wire on 1 little post I should not get power on the other. Is this right? Am I on the correct wts wire?
Thanks, I have read the whole sticky post about GPs an can not find my answer
An I realize that the relay is a coil which is really a wire coiled up and ran from terminal to terminal an a ground completes the circut an causes a mag field and pulls the bar over some times I really have brain farts. I am starting to worry about myself Lol
Oh well maybe this will help somebody some day.
