Finally, after ordering the pulley on the 14th of May, I got it today. They of course don't warrantee it even though I have only 25 miles on the truck, since I purchased it several years ago. It doesn't pay to build these slowly! Of course they didn't include the woodruff key with the new pulley, which is an oddball size - even after talking on the phone to the man at March in charge of orders to make sure they included one. Now all I have to do is pull the radiator, the electric fan, the AC evaporator, drain the coolant, and pull the old pulley. Then make a woodruff key since it is such an oddball size, install the new pulley, and then torque down the nut and reinstall the radiator, the fan, the evaporator, the hoses for the trans and the two Radiator hoses and refill the coolant. I would not recommend March to anyone. This has been a nightmare. I hope this new pulley with the non-March grade 8 nut (not a cheap aluminum undersized nut that came with it that stripped out) all works this time. If it doesn't then I will trash the whole system and get what John has on his, CVR system. Live an learn!
