Topper, Where did you get the underdash a/c unit? I use to work for U-HAUL years ago and I have thought, several times, about the one that was in my company truck. It looked like yours, and wished I had access to it!
Get down with your bad self Topper , you did it your way, and I love it. You did a very clean job all the way thru, from start to finish. Now comes the best part, driving it, and enjoy that feeling that only comes from driving a classic, a classic that you have built yourself "WAY TO ROCK IT MY FRIEND"

Hey! How did you attach the fenders?
We need to have a talk about the number of pictures you are taking. I think you are slacking a bit.
If you are hauling plywood, that flatbed will be perfect. I have sideboards on my flatbed. They are easy to just pull out. I will pull out one side as I'm loading and put it back for the drive.
Wow amazing work .
Being a woodworker myself I kind of wish I had more autobody and mechanical skills like your self.
Please keep us all posted on your progress

OK, lets talk. What pictures do you want and how many? I have a hard time with them here, half the time they come out turned 90 degrees for no reason that I can tell, and I can't make them turn. They aren't like that in my photos.
I attached the fenders to the woodwork below the flat bed and the running boards. I still need to make two fender supports from very back of the frame to the bottom back of the fenders. You can see the spot in the picture of the rear end. And when I actually start driving it everyday I will figure out if I will do sideboards or not. If I do they will be easily removable like yours.

LOL! I wish my autobody and mechanical skills were as good as my woodworking skills! I did know how to weld already and learned a lot just by doing the rest. I am nowhere near as good as many on here, but I don't give up easily. I also accept help from an old friend who is an excellent mechanic when it is over my head, and learning from this Forum all the time... Who says old guys can't learn.

I have the same problem...It is very frustrating....
I sent you an email too, btw.
