If the 360 is running properly, I'd put a set of cheap headers on it, and drop it in.
Anything on the new motor I should check out before I put it in? You know, as long as it's out.
Also, being a 360 that is set up for an automatic, I'm guessing it sat in front of a C6, my 352 sits in front of a Cruise o Matic. Anything need to happen to make the 360 work with t the Cruise o Matic?

It wouldn't hurt at all to swap cams while it's out.
