352 replacement
Denny, the 390, the 410, 428 and 427 will all bolt right in where your 352 is now. Any FE series will. You should be able to find a 390 for sale somewhere. Where do you live ? 360 FEs are available cheap where I live, and you can buy an aftermarket crank for 4, 4.125 or 4.250 strokes. A 4.250 stroke would give over 425 inches in a 360/390 block.
