Morning Don. I'm not a fan of DEQ but I've got to deal with it. At least the big pickup doesn't have to go through DEQ because of it's GVW and it's a diesel.
Morning guys, rained a bit here last night.
Going to finish servicing the trans in the red SHO today. Had to order the filter for it yesterday, so they will be here today to finish.
Morning Allen. Worked on Nakayla's pickup and painted mill parts all day yesterday, and more of the same today...Might even get to start reassembly the first of the week!
Never a bad day when I get to spend it with Nakayla! We removed her factory AC system from her 72 and replaced it with a stock non-AC unit, and fixed her fuel tank sender switch so she won't run out of gas again......lol
Today I'll replace her turn signal switch, and install the 4 chrome rims I gave her, and paint another batch of mill parts.
My oldest granddaughter is always excited about hunting, fishing, shooting, snakes, bugs, lizards.........well, I could live without some of that last stuff, but she just about drives you off of the deep end to hit the woods or the river. She is definitely worse than I am in that regard.
We had one of my nieces spend the night last night. She's a good kid and all the nieces and nephews love my wife.
I forced my son (21 years old) to help me yesterday while working on the truck. He was a royal pain in the butt the entire time. He has no desire to find out how to repair stuff. He just wants to turn the key and drive like a bat out of hell. Two of his friends... soon to be roommates stopped by when we were finishing up. They were both appalled that he wasn't interested in working on the truck and were beside themselves when they found out that I was giving him the 90 F150. They both said it was better than their vehicles and would make a great truck for my son.
