I took some sheet-rock down in the hall, and one bedroom. Not good......

The black mold is all the way up the walls, and will have to be removed. I talked with one of the owners a little while ago, and he said to gut the whole inside.........More work...

 

Man that sucks, we talking studs, everything?

 

All the studs in the bathroom will have to be gutted. The tub and shower, toilet, sink, everything will have to be gutted. I think the flooring will have to go to. Right down to the floor joists...

All of this crap weather has been socked in freezing fog, in the valley.......It's been sunny all day, and in the low 50s in afternoon up at the house!
