I slept in a bit today trying to recover from yesterday's day long truck work.
Four wheel drive one ton trucks are no fun to work on. I spent most of the day leaning over the engine compartment while standing on a platform. My backside and front sides both hurt.
I was hoping it would warm up a bit but the fog/low clouds are fairly thick. Probably wont see the sunshine until late this afternoon. It's still below freezing I'd have to guess its in about 30 degrees and everything is frosty white.
I got most of the modifications done yesterday. I've got to reinstall the intercooler pipes and clean up. And check for leaks.
I've got a buddy coming over to watch the Denver Broncos game today at 1:00. So I've got to get after it.
My daughter might just die with the news though. I gave wifey a deep kiss when I got home, and our 12 y/o said "get a room" and so I told her "as you wish" and took wifey to the bedroom.
I don't know for sure if that was the time, but the timeframe was about right.
She's not going to take this well. Her little brother is a royal pain the butt to her. She keeps saying "I don't want any more little brothers or sisters!!!"
Having a teenager that can baby sit is cool, I'll bring home a pizza and a DVD and then mom and I can go out on our own. She taken to saying on the way out the door "I don't want a little brother!"
Our two were just two years apart, so no baby sitter for us, but I finally figured out what was causing it and 30 days after Harley was born I went to the Dr and got that "fixed"..................lol
Evening Don, I just came in from a day in the shop. I think that I may have got that black SHO fixed, changed out the DIS module and she is running great. Also fixed the ele. radio ant. and put on a new exhaust hanger in the the back. Then cut off the tail pipe end on the Areostar and replaced the front wheel bearing and race.
Evening Allen. Sounds like you've been busy, and got some stuff done today. Good for you! Harley and I spent the day moving salvageable furniture and other "stuff" into secure storage. Can't do anything more till we unload the trailer Monday. Looks like I'll have to take tomorrow off. Darn.....................lol
