Morning Pat. The rest will be a piece of cake compaired to what we've been doing. Most of the smell is gone, and the floors are drying out. Should be ready for the LLC's inspection on saturday.

Once we get it all stripped we'll spray everything down with bleach, then I'll spray "Kilz" over all the wood to seal it all.

We're going to gut the bath today, and we'll see just how much flooring I'm going to have to replace.

The last two bedrooms, we cut the carpet into 4'X8' pieces, and I'll bet they each weighed 200lbs each! Took Harley and I both just to get them out and on the trailer, and there was water running off them all the way out......

I'm getting to old for this much work......

Our new policy for these rentals will be to have annual inspections. No way do we ever want to see this happen again.

Howdy Allen! Don, when I was working apartment maintenance, we used to do inspections every 6 months. We did it without the people knowing, by changing furnace filters every 6 months, and doing the inspection then!

Just got a call from my buddy Mikey down in Arlington. Not a happy camper.....
All he's had all week is heavy fog and cold, cold, cold. Me? Bright sunshine and over 50 deg for the last 4 days!
