Using vacation time my boss is more flexible then others.

Don not sure at this time what will be needed we where planning to use the pickup then if I have to drive a uhual when we go back to Christmas Valley after the GTG we will be in the car Renee can't reach the pedels in the pickup.

Late good morning Oregon FTE gang and friends.

Morning Don, Allen, Rob, Chris and Jim.

I've finished up the oil change in my daughters Kraut Kan... aka VW Jetta TDI. Or as I like to call it 'lil stinky.

I'm half way through the oil change in the 7.3. Just waiting for the las little bit of oil to dribble out. I needed to take a break and finally at some breakfast.

Now I'm off and back outside to finish the oil change.

Just in for break, got the steering all loose in the SHO, still have to snake it out of the body and then put it all backn in!!!!!

Took a couple pics of the Hams working! They were talking with Italy when I just left........

The contest lasts untill 2400 tonight then they'll be back tomorrow to tear it all down.

Those guys are an important part of the emergency communications network during disasters, glad to see them doing what they do.
Speaking of which, there's quite a brush fire going on down the road from me in a patch behind Rosland school and bordering on Burgess and US 97.

Evenin Mike. Yes they are, and a great bunch to work with. I'm afraid this years fires are not going to be fun. We're 4" down on moisture and the hills are already dry...

Evening, in from the shop, got the rack out of that SHO, was begining to wonder about my sanity working on that car!! Took about 5 hours just to get it out.

Evening Allen. I know how you feel. I went to change out a power stearing box on a customers pickup today, and the used one is not the one I need. Now I have to find a power stearing box for a 1981 chev 4X4. Darn it all.......

I got the new one and it looks right, but I have to transfer the computer componit and fix to of the wires going to it. Then reinstall it.

Do you have a ballancer too?

That's about what I pay around here to get tires mounted if I buy them elsewhere.
