She doesn't even want them man. She doesn't really want anything. She just wants to walk free. At first I was thinking there's no way I can keep them and find a place to rent, but I've changed my mind and am going to do my damndest to keep them. Some people may say they're just dogs, but they're are family to me now. I have a lot of good friends here in oregon, I have no family and those furry *******s are the closest things to blood relatives I have. I won't let her take them from me by her own hand or by the consequences of her actions.
Keep the dogs, at least they will stand by you....

Good morning Don and the Oregon crew! Derek, I'm with these guys. My dog is like one of my kids. They'll be a big help, getting you through this, so I'd keep them if absolutely possible.

It's a really sad story. The lady that lived there has mental problems.......
The real fault, is with the management company that was taking care of the base. They were supposed to make annual inspections on all the rentals. We found out that they have NEVER done any inspections, ever......
Now that we are in charge, things WILL be changing for the better...

It's not real pretty........
We have all the safety gear we need, and will take great care to stay safe. I turned the heat off and the water off last night, so the damage won't get any worse. We should get the dumpbox tomorrow, and then start the cleaning process.
I think I'll keep posting in the other thread, and post more pictures as we work on the place...

At least the LLC realized that this project was beyond the scope of our management contract, and are treating it as a separate project. Not real happy about having to do it, but the moneys good, and I'll do what is needed to make this work.
