We put ours to work around here, and have for a long time. Today they will be in Condon shoveling sidewalks and cleaning out driveways.

In the summer we have them cleaning roads and weeding public places.

We have a 4 county jail system here called NORCOR because our county's are to small to have separate jails. They DO NOT get to watch TV there. We don't coddle our inmates, we make them work.......

That's the way it should be, make them work for there board without any amenities!

99% of our problems come from the northern part of these county's. Mostly from the I-84 corridor, and Hwy 97.

We rarely have problems with locals.........

Morning guys, 0* at my house this morning. Got up early to drop Allen JR off at a new job this morning. When we got to Redmond; temp was way up to 9*.
